Holiday Gifts and 2012 CSA

Happy Holidays!  Come down and visit us at the farmer’s market and pick up some local farmstead canned goods for your stocking stuffers and a holiday roast for your table.  We just made a fresh batch of Escabeche (pickled jalepenos, carrots, and garlic all grown on the farm) and have plenty of Berkshire pork for sale.  This week we’ll have Fresh Garlic Sausage and Saul’s Italian Sausage on special and we can even make you a holiday ham.

We also have CSA membership gift certificates available for the 2012 season.  Give the gift of 25 weeks of fresh, local, organic produce and pasture raised meats (and eggs) next season.  We’ve already got some people signed up and we expect to sell out this year.  See you around and enjoy the holidays!

On a rainy Sunday in October, the crew at Fogline Farm threw a farm party held at the Main Street Garden Cafe.  All produce and meats were sourced from the farm and were prepared beautifully by Chef Brad Briske and the crew at Main Street.  Good times were had by all, including French TV.  Here are a few snapshots from the evening.  Thanks to all who pitched in and made it a memorable event.
